Peel L&P development Liverpool Waters submits proposal for 31-storey apartment building
Updated: Jul 13
It was announced last week that the ongoing development of Liverpool Waters looked to seek permission for a new 31-storey apartment building, Patagonia Place. The building will offer 278 new homes and become a part of a trio of residential towers on the Liverpool Waters site. Designed by architects Falconer Chester Hall, the building will bring more funding into the area, aside from the already £5 billion invested by Peel L&P for the Liverpool Waters development.
On the 60-acre site, Liverpool Waters will offer 9,000 residential homes, a new cruise liner terminal, 3 million square foot of commercial space, and 570,000 square foot of hotel facilities on the waterfront dock. Adjacent to the new site sits the existing residential building Alexandra Tower, which forms 201 apartments across 27-storeys with floor to ceiling windows, allowing residents to watch the sun rise and set on the waterfront unburdened. The development also offers secure indoor parking and a 24-hour concierge for all the residents’ needs.
